1. Who has this right

This information applies to consumers within the meaning of § 1(1)(2) KSchG, that is, natural persons entering the contract for purposes outside their trade or profession.

Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal under the FAGG. Supplier accounts are reserved for businesses; this information does not apply to them.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right before the period expires.

3. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. An email is sufficient.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

5. Early start of performance

As a rule, performance begins only after the withdrawal period has expired. You may, however, expressly request that we begin performance earlier. That request is voluntary.

If you request an early start and then withdraw within the period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to the point of withdrawal, measured against the full scope of the contract (§ 16(1) FAGG).

If you did not request an early start, or were not informed of that consequence, you owe no compensation for value received on withdrawal.

For a digital service supplied continuously, the right of withdrawal lapses early only where you expressly requested the early start, acknowledged the loss of the right, and we have fully performed the service (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG). Merely using the access does not extinguish your right of withdrawal.

6. Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete and return this form. Its use is voluntary.
